Hey Light Leader 👋 I’m Brianna Rose.

I’m so psyched you landed here. Whether a friend sent you, you found me on social, or by some divine intuitive hit via a Google search you arrived on this page - I know it’s for a reason.

Most likely you arrived here because you’re just like me - someone with a big dream to change the world and help people heal. You’ve experienced the transformative power of embodiment tools like breathwork, meditation, yoga, and you want to share it with others.

The problem? You’re not so sure on how to do that. If that’s you - you’re in the right place.

Movement has been apart of my life from as early as I can remember - just ask my Mom, she claims I was a dancing machine in the womb 😜 But it wasn’t until 2012 that I had an awakening to its healing power. I soon discovered that through targeted somatic movement… I could heal myself. Years of crippling anxiety banished and the best part? I had built a tool kit that allowed me to feel safe in my body.

I started to think to myself… “Maybe I could help heal others with this?”At the time I was working full-time as a PR & Marketing Director. The dream of helping people heal felt so very far away in comparison to the hustle culture I was immersed in. By 2014 I gathered up the courage to leave and embark on the entrepreneurial journey but I soon realized one thing… practicing on myself was very different from teaching to others.

I spent the next 3 years studying energy and the science on how embodiment tools impacted the physical body. And in 2017, I created something that would change the trajectory of my life; The Meridian Mapping Method™. This science-backed (now proven!) method put me on the ‘map’ amongst the sea of Coaches in the industry because I was able to accurately pin point client blocks and create custom embodiment sequences to bust through them. The results? Long lasting transformation. Within a few months I was booked out solid with a 6 month waitlist.

Since then, the Light Leader Collective, INC was created and we are a tiny but mighty team with one mission; to help you tap into your infinite potential. Our work is consumed by thousands every single year. And after years of our students begging us to create a certification, in 2020 we made it happen. The Light Leader® Coaching Certification was the first of its kind and has trailblazed the way for others to walk down. By combining the best of somatic + embodiment tools with life coaching and business building - our students become wildly in demand and are certified in the same tools that built our 7+ figure brand.
