MEET LIGHT LEADER, LISA SCHNALL!
Lisa has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 30 years. She has always been drawn to helping others come back to their true nature while releasing their blockages that tend to keep them stuck. In addition, I work with adults in a private practice clinical setting as a psychotherapist incorporating an integrative approach. She uses mindfulness techniques and relaxation tools in conjunction with mediation, breathwork and yoga.
